Varied choice of beans - up to three types at the same time
The Schaerer Coffee Soul can be equipped with up to three separately usable bean containers (1,200 g each) and slow-running high-precision grinders grinders. This allows you to offer different types of coffee at the same time - such as a classic roast, a single-origin specialty or decaffeinated coffee. For additional security in self-service operation, the containers are also available as lockable versions.
Powder instead of grinder - or combined
If you want to offer chocolate or topping drinks, a powder system can be installed instead of the third grinder Powder system can be integrated instead of the third grinder. Optionally as a single container or Twin Powder module for two types of powder - for example chocolate and milk. The machine automatically recognizes the respective setup and adapts during operation.
Milk systems just as you need them
The Schaerer Coffee Soul offers maximum flexibility when dispensing milk: with the Twin Milk System you can serve two types of milk - whole milk and lactose-free, for example. The Backup Milk System ensures uninterrupted operation. Alternatively, a classic steam lance can be used for manual foaming. All variants are cooled and hygienically safe.
Hot water & coffee at the same time
Thanks to the optional third stainless steel boiler the Schaerer Coffee Soul can dispense hot water and coffee at the same time - without compromising on temperature. So tea lovers are served just as quickly as coffee fans. Ideal for hotel buffets, canteens or any environment with high throughput.
Perfectly thought out, down to the last detail
Automatically or manually adjustable spout
Set the spout height manually or automatically depending on the cup height. Heights between 65 and 185 millimetres are possible.
Uptime! descaling system
The descaling system prevents limescale-related faults and warns you when descaling is required. The effortless, effective automatic process can run without interrupting operation.
Steam bars
Powersteam: Manual heating and frothing of milk. Autosteam: Fully automatic heating and manual milk frothing (temperature can be programmed). Supersteam: Fully automatic heating and frothing of the milk (temperature and frothing can be programmed).
Second and third boiler
For more flexibility, up to three stainless steel boilers can be installed: Hot water, steam and coffee can be dispensed separately and simultaneously at different temperatures. This guarantees the highest quality of the various beverages.
Flavor point
Opens up completely new possibilities with a choice of four syrup types. The flavor point syrup station is located under the counter. Offer your customers a larger selection and create new flavored recipes.
