Twin Milk for more flexibility
Simply prepare two different types of milk - e.g. whole milk and lactose-free milk. Both containers hold 4.5 liters each and are cooled. Alternatively, the function can be used as a backup: If one container becomes empty, the second automatically takes over - for uninterrupted operation.
Fixed water connection with Uptime! system
In addition to the 4.9 liter water tank, the Schaerer Coffee Skye can also be equipped with a fixed water connection. The Uptime! system ensures stress-free maintenance: it enables automatic descaling overnight.
Pure Foam milk system
For fine-pored milk foam and a wide variety of beverages: the system produces cold or hot milk and creamy milk foam at temperatures from 50 °C to 70 °C - ideal for hot and cold specialties.
Powersteam and Supersteam
