Integration

If your coffee machine does not yet have an integrated modem, this can easily be retrofitted so that you can benefit from our digital CoffeeLink solutions. Once the data has been activated and sent to our cloud system, it is prepared for display in the Schaerer Coffee Link portal. The portal can be accessed as a website, shows you all the content that is important for your business in a clear and structured way and enables interaction with one or more coffee machines.

Your coffee machine can also be connected to other systems via interfaces, enabling integration of the coffee machine into digital ecosystems.

Packages

The Transparency package is available for all customers with a coffee machine and built-in telemetry function. This allows you to benefit from our platform solutions free of charge once your coffee machine has been commissioned and registered on the digital platform. The Transparency package is suitable for all customers who want transparency about their coffee business and an overview of the operating status of their coffee machine(s)

The Optimizer package is specially designed for customers with a large fleet of coffee machines. It offers opportunities for in-depth analysis and optimization of the coffee business. Please note that our Optimizer package is a fee-based offer
