Schaerer employees work a 40-hour week (in line with the Swissmem collective agreement).

Holidays

Our employees enjoy:

25 days of holiday per year up to the age of 40
27 days up to the age of 50
30 days from the age of 50 onwards

We also operate a time compensation model, which gives employees around 7 bridge days per year.
